We offer a 30-day return window, giving you up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you've had a change of heart, you're welcome to return your item in exchange for another product or store credit—so long as it meets our return criteria listed below. Items that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Please note:
We do not issue cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases/returns or incorrect size selections.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may opt for an exchange or a store credit in the form of a gift card.
Items discounted by 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT
In order for your return to be approved, the item must:
Be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Be free from any scents including perfume, body odour, or detergent.
Be clean of makeup stains, tan residue, glitter, and pet hair.
Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Your store credit will be activated once your returned item has been received at our facility.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to arrive and for the store credit to be processed.
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and will be sent to the original email address used for the order. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder.
A $11 AUD return label fee will be deducted from the total store credit amount to cover return shipping.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
Any discount codes used on the original purchase will not be included in the store credit amount.
If you received an item that doesn't fit quite right or simply isn’t for you, you can request an exchange for a different size or product. We will send your exchange as soon as we receive and inspect your return.
Please note:
We do not reserve items for exchange, so we recommend sending your return as soon as possible.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit instead.
Promotional discount codes cannot be used on exchanged products.
A standard shipping fee of $11 AUDwill apply in each direction to all exchange orders.
Please note: That the shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer. This applies both to the cost of returning the item to us and to the shipping fee for sending the replacement item back to you. A standard shipping fee of $11 AUD will apply in each direction. (Total Cost = $22 AUD)

For orders made under our Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion, all three items are considered part of a single bundled offer.
If you choose to return any item from this bundle, the promotional offer becomes invalid. This means:
You will no longer be eligible for the free item.
The value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
A standard shipping fee ($11) will also be deducted from the refund amount.
To keep the promotional pricing, all items received in the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal must be returned together and in their original condition.
