Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If our system flags an error or cannot verify the address, Vencenté reserves the right to ship the order to the most plausible address available.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (NEXT DAY)

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.

On Saturdays, orders placed before 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched on Monday, as postal services are closed on Sundays.

For example, an order placed on Monday,October 6th at 5:00 PM will be dispatched on Tuesday,October 7th and is expected to arrive between October 8th and October 10th, depending on the delivery location.

Additional Information

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. (After payment has been received)

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Packaging: All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Optional shipping protection is available at checkout.

• Orders placed before 12:30 PM on 22nd December will be dispatched the same day. 

• Orders placed after 12:30 PM on 22nd December will be dispatched on 27th December, as postal services are closed during the Christmas holidays.
